3vk Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

By accessing or using the 3vk platform, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement between 3vk and the user.

In this document, "platform" refers to the https://3vk.cam website, all its services, games, promotions, and related activities. "User" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or visited the platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use the services on the 3vk platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be of sound mind and capacity, and register of your own free will.
• Each person may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts may be cancelled.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Documents required for identity verification (KYC) must be submitted.

3vk reserves the right to reject any registration application or close any account at any time, particularly if the user violates the above conditions.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your 3vk account. The following rules must be followed:

• Do not share your login details (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3vk will not be responsible for any loss resulting from someone else using your account. All transactions carried out on your account will be considered as performed by you.

3vk recommends using Two-Factor Authentication to keep your account secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the 3vk platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals must preferably be made using the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. 3vk may request a copy of your national ID card, driving licence, or passport if needed.

If a transaction appears suspicious or money laundering is suspected, 3vk reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal and conduct the relevant investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

3vk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, and if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once or abusing the bonus system is strictly prohibited.

3vk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, 3vk's decision will be considered final.

The VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Full details on the conditions and benefits for reaching each tier are available in the VIP section of the platform.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the 3vk platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault or connection issue, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a game displays an incorrect result due to a technical fault, 3vk will apply the correct result.
• Colluding with other accounts or using any fraudulent strategy during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or software to play games is prohibited.

3vk uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play in all games. This technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and not predetermined.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3vk platform:

• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Using another person's account or operating an account on someone else's behalf.
• Opening multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using fraudulent tactics to abuse the bonus system.
• Dishonestly exploiting any vulnerability or fault in the platform.
• Harassing other users or using offensive language.
• Using 3vk's intellectual property without authorisation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

3vk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to provide the required documents.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion facility).

Users may also close their account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance in a verified account, provided no rule violations have occurred.

If 3vk closes an account without notice, it is not obliged to state a reason, but the user will have the opportunity to appeal.

9 Responsible Gaming

3vk believes that gambling is entertainment only — it is not a source of income. We encourage users to play responsibly.

• Only play with money that, if lost, will not have a significant impact on your financial situation.
• Set a specific budget and do not exceed it.
• If you feel you are developing a gambling addiction, use the self-exclusion facility immediately.
